~Furniture orders ship in 3-5 days.  Most furniture ships via freight.  Upon shipping, a tracking number for your order, and a contact phone number for the appropiate carrier can be made available to you if you wish to track your shipment, or if you have a scheduling concern.
 
~If we cannot ship your order complete, we will contact you via phone to offer options.  Depending on the order and item or items, we may provide a substitution at a discount, place your item on back order, or cancel that item or items from your order and issue a credit to your form of payment.  Every effort will be made to fulfill your needs.
 
~Back ordered furniture can take 4 - 12 weeks to receive.  Please keep in mind that these are hand crafted pieces and are not mass produced.
 
*Any orders containing more than one piece of furniture in the Chestnut (CH) finish must ship complete.  This is to ensure that the quality of finish remains consistant.
 
~If you receive any pieces damaged during shipping, you must retain all packing materials so that a claim can be processed with the carrier.  No claim or return will be processed without the original packing materials.
 
~A refund can only be processed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged, and the return shipping expense and insurance will be the customers responsibility.  Refunds will be issued upon receipt of merchandise.
